Had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, rooms were clean & the rainforest shower was amazing. The hotel is located away from the centre of Amsterdam but is very well connected, with the metro literally on the doorstep. Will definitely stay again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The staff there are friendly and always professional. The hotel itself is beautiful on the inside. My only concern was not being able to utilize the elevators because of the high volume of guests checking in at one time.

Overall good hotel however no AC in our room. Complained several times but no luck. Just the usual ‘someone will fix it’. Was very hot in the room. Also struggled to get room cleaned. Breakfast choices were great, if you like Tea they had a tea bar with loose tea, it was fantastic. The drinks were great at the bar. None of us could get our rooms to be a good temperature and asked them a few times but it never changed, that was the only issue. Location was good you could get in the metro right across the street.
