This is a family owned hotel, and that was really great to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has very steep stairs so not for the ADA or faint of heart! The rooms were great, but the bathrooms were pretty tight.

Very convenient location for museum district and for heading from/to airport. The immediate area isn't that great but don't be put off. Inside it's very clean and quiet (especially top floor, with back-facing room).

The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and the host was amazing! He helped us carry our luggage to the 4th floor and stored our big bags in the office overnight. He went above and beyond for us. I recommend this hotel and will certainly be back!

A very cute hotel with great service. Could probably use some upkeep in certain areas but overall we had a great stay. The room was a bit small but the location was perfect and definitely made up for that. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable but still good quality accommodation.

Wonderful boutique hotel

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was all the stairs. Hotel is dated but comfortable And can’t say enough about how awesome the staff are would definitely stay here again. Great location!

Terrific location on the cafe pedestrian street near the Rembrandt plein. Can be noisy at night but even though our room faced the square the good quality windows kept the noise to a minimum. The hosts who live on site are available at the front desk from 0800 until 2000. They were just fantastic, offering refrigeration for a bottle of bubbly we bought and then going as far as to provide a bucket of ice and flutes. Very kind and helpful people. This location puts central station in walking range.. But maybe not with suitcases, as well as the Van Gogh museum . Wonderful stay

Great except for the stairs

The place is charming and conveniently located and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating. My only complaint and alert is that there is no elevator and a lot of small and spiral stair climbing is involved, even just to get from the front door to the check-in desk. If you have pain issues with climbing stairs, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, very nice place.
