This hotel is absolutely wonderful, I had such a wonderful stay. The room was immaculate, and had everything I needed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The staff were amazing; so helpful and friendly. For the price the breakfast was a great option too and really set me up for the day. Great location too with excellent transport links to the city centre and within walking distance of the beautiful Westerpark. Overall I really like staying at this hotel and looking forward to my next visit.

We had a great stay at Ibis. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms but a little bit tight to our liking especially the bathroom. But overall a nice stay.

The property was very nice, it was clean, it was friendly, although there were some issues with our bed and bathroom, the bed had a stain on it by the heads, and the toilet had an unpleasant odor in it. The staff were accommodating and pleasant to work with, and also there is a Burger King right beside the hotel.

Decent.

Decent location on outskirts of centre, easy no.22 bus to central station from outside or metro from nearby station. No tea and coffee making facilities in room a bit of a let down but otherwise all good.

Good breakfast. Easy check-in process. The rooms are of a decent size with fast and easy access. What I liked less was the location; next time, I will choose a place closer to the train stations. The carpet and the bed in our room were a bit disgusting. For some reason there was many mosquitos in the room.

Rather than staying in Amsterdam city centre this trip I tried the Ibis, about five kilometres out. The room was very clean, comfortable and functional. The staff are amazing looking after all my requests. The bus transportation is excellent leaving from across the street every fifteen minutes ( a little longer at times in the weekend) then only a fifteen minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal. Overall was good, nice room comfortable beds, could have been nice to have better quality towels and an extra set of hand towels. It wasn’t pleasant to find long hairs in the shower floor….. that was an easy way to distinguish that cleaning wasn’t sufficient. Overall- 4

A good enough stay

The hotel is in a very good state. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains kept the room very dark so that morning light did not disturb sleep. We did not choose to have breakfast at the hotel. However all amenities from the hotel were very expensive so beware. The food from the snack bar was expensive, the bike rental was expensive so do not bother. The receptionist were not very knowledgeable about things and they are also very young and inexperienced. Today's society. The hotel is not that near to the city so this is something else you need to be aware of. You will need to take a bus back and forth.

Hotel was okay. Staff were quite rude the whole time we were there, would speak to us like we were stupid and were far from friendly to the point we stopped bothering to ask them questions. The doors were locked past a certain time and a lot of the time when we arrived back we'd be waiting at the door for quite a while with the man just sitting behind the desk not buzzing us in until he was ready. We did not have to check out until 11 however had the cleaner knocking on our door just past 10am so had to leave. No kettle or anything in the room. Transport to/from the hotel was okay, you can either get a bus or there's a train station round the corner, 1 train and a metro gets you to central. Rooms were relatively clean, rather small and very basic but does the job of providing somewhere to sleep as you're out exploring most of the time. Probably would stay elsewhere if we were to return to Amsterdam.
