Location for price is terrific. Vondel Park is steps away, and excellent shopping also close. Major museums easily accessible. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. We did see two bed bugs (one on the mattress below the clean sheets and one on the floor). That was disappointing so we were careful to check everything before sleeping.

The staff was wonderful, specifically Faiz. My room was small but big enough to sleep comfortably. Do not skip breakfast; add it to your stay. You will appreciate it, trust me. I didn’t get it, and when I sneaked in, everything was so fresh. Lol, don’t worry, they will know if you didn’t add to your stay. But all in all, I had a wonderful time in Amsterdam. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you Faiz!!

The hotel location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The building is a bit older and worn but they are working on upgrades. There was a bit of construction going on. Our room required taking an elevator and then a set of stairs so if accessibility is an issue be sure to mention that. Rooms were clean and quiet, amenities as advertised.

The positive was that the breakfast was OK, and it is right by the Vondelpark. The room cleaning staff were friendly. The room was tiny with a stained carpet, only a tiny light accessible from the bed and a toilet so cramped that I couldn't easily sit down.

Ligger bra till om man vill ha nära till museum och annat. Rummet var ok, badrummet vad väldigt litet, man kunde knappt röra sig. Knäna tog i dörren när man satt på toaletten. Plus var sängarna bra och rejäla kuddar. Inget oväsen på nätterna, lugnt område. Ena receptionisten hälsade aldrig, urtrist.

Yes the room was clean and the layout of the room was good that four beds fit well and there was a great shower that you can walk into. There was a kettle and mugs. The reception gave us a hair dryer as the one in the bathroom was dangerous and gave off a smell of burning so we were grateful to be given a spare. This is the hotel we would choose again.

Fair Value and Convenient Location, but Let Down by Service The hotel is conveniently located, around 15 minutes by tram from the city centre, and the rooms feel modern and recently renovated. On arrival, the room was quite cold, as one radiator was not working and the other only partially warmed, but it became comfortable after a few hours. The lobby could use some attention, as the carpet felt worn compared to the updated rooms. Service was mixed, with staff coming across as a bit rigid and not particularly attentive. We requested breakfast slightly earlier than the standard time due to an early tour, but the reception staff were unable to accommodate the request, which suggested a lack of flexibility.
