"Absolutely fabulous accommodations! The hotel has olde world charm with the modern amenities you'd expect. If you're visiting Stonehenge, the location is ideal- we were in the car park not fifteen minutes after leaving the hotel. My room was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice touches such as mini fridge for drinking water and some fresh milk instead of little milk jiggers. "Pub and accommodation was lovely. Really classy yet quirky. Great staff, spacious rooms and stunning dinner. But (randomly) I would go back purely to have their bacon breakfast roll again - hands down the best ever! And mine was gluten free. Simple things but epic! "

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cannon room is beautiful with a stunning bathroom which housed a large roll top bath and double shower. The his and hers sinks were well appointed and stylish. The mattress was too soft for our liking however this is a matter of opinion and others may like it. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant at the hotel and were impressed with the presentation and service. The staff were very professional, polite and helpful and made us feel welcomed...

"only stayed one night whilst visiting a friend locally. really impressed with friendly staff. spacious venue. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Bar manager was very sociable for after dinner drinks. Room was a very good size with large ensuite with bath and separate shower. Bed super comfy. Small negatives were no milk on the hot drink tray. Impressive cobweb in bathroom and some damage to wallpaper and rug. None of which detracted from a great stay. Would easily recommend to...

"We stayed 3 days in the room with the private terrace and hot tub which could be enjoyed even in the middle of winter. The pub itself was very welcoming with very good lunch and evening meals and an excellent breakfast. Dogs were also made welcome with an outside area exclusively for them, but it is a shame not all dog owners apprecited this and were not responsible for cleaning up after them. If in the summertime should the pub or the very nice large public gardens get crowded all residents...
