"This was a family break with 3 kids aged 7 to 18 months, we found the Potter Heron because of the family room with kids connecting room with bunk beds. The kids ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I was so impressed by the rooms and the entire service and experience provided by the staff in the hotel and pub. This is a world class hotel, we’ve already booked our next stay!"
