Food options within the hotel are predictably stratospheric in price, but you know that going in. Noice coming from neighbor plumbing a constant. Overcome by AC noise. It's what it is, an overpriced room where you need it."

"Great sized bed for a solo stay. Carpet and towels were stained. Had to pay if I wanted a cup of in my room. Very expensive breakfast and dinner wasnt available till after 9.30 pm. Was overall disappointed."

"We were welcomed warmly by the staff. Our room was clean and our bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed the happy hour special in the lounge and woke up refreshed for our flight home. "

"Reasonably basic but clean, bed not that comfortable, you only have internal view of hotel from room window, felt bit stuffy. Gym was okay, staff friendly. Quite expensive in bar!"

"Very easy to get to terminal 5 via the airport electric pod vehicles which cost £8.75 each way . The hotel is a little tired but I slept well and enjoyed watching the planes land from the Aviator bar. The WiFi is good as well"
