"Breakfast was great, generous with portions. Bagels, muffins etc could be put out in halves as one bagel was usually too much for me. Liked the whole fruit. Would have been nice to have some additional cut up fruit but might be too much trouble for staff. Really needed a microwave in our room for leftover Chinese takeout.

"Place was great, the man who checked us in was absolutely lovely. The room itself wasn’t anything special, but it was in good quality for the price point.
Biggest issue was the area. I was glad I was there with my partner. But had I been alone as a single woman, I would have been a bit scared. It was a bit of shady area, lots of vagrants, trash, needles on the street, etc. "

"Well, the location for travellers is great. Close to the airport. However, when we got there we found out the parking was not included with our room. So it’s $25 for parking for overnight and it was well maintained. The parking line faded. The washroom is clean. But the bed wasn’t properly made. "Was surprised after checking in that the hotel was only 3 star. The amenities and renovated room put it on 4 star level. From the outside it could be misleading but the room was renovated and was super clean and contemporary. The building may be dated but the updates and cleanliness was beyond good. Again surprisingly the indoor pool was a good size and nice for family fun. Lots of parking, good wifi, grab/go breakfast, modern clean room, nice size indoor pool and Aveda brand soap/shampoo...

"Friendly staff. Free Airport shuttle was convenient. Driver came quickly after a phone call at the airport exit. Check-in was quick. Clean room and comfortable beds. Microwave is in a common area but not inside the room. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order when we were there. Great location for food and shopping. Sky train is across the street for a downtown trip. There is a walking path by the river. Great hotel over all."

"We didn’t understand the parking situation so we ended up paying instead of getting a voucher but it all worked out. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. The building secure with a keypad check in. The only drawback which was not the fault of the hotel was some road noise and the many trains going thru at night. The window air conditioner worked well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at the bar next door and siping our delicious cocktails. "
