"We liked the hotel because it’s in the center of garlinburg so everything is close , nice views to the mountains , other than that they need to pay attention when they do housekeeping because they don’t check the shampoo or conditioner , they need to put bigger towels , the tv control didn’t work after we went two times to the office ,"

"I really love that. It's right downtown all the main stuff that you want to do right downtown. It's walkable from the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing. Has great sights place is beautiful as of everywhere in Gatlinburg though. Watch out for black bears but the staff is amazing. The hotel was amazingly clean. The beds were really comfortable. I had a great stay even though it rained a couple of days that we were there. I didn't mind being trapped in that hotel."
