Perfect location for exploring the city, both old town and seaside. Loved the room and cannot say enough about the reception staff who answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations regarding the Moros y Cristianos festival. She helped make our stay memorable and was very welcoming. Hotel has a relaxed vibe and great selection of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here in June 2026. Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only thing the hotel lacked was a restaurant to serve breakfast however there are numerous bakery/cafes 2 minutes walk away so wasn't too much of a problem.

Perfect place to stay with equally and easy walking distance to the lovely sea front and beach but also to the charming historical city. Plenty of good eateries and bars nearby as well as other amenities. The beds are super comfortable, the aircon is quiet and the en-suite bathrooms are in excellent condition to provide for your comfort. Although the reception desk is not open 24 hrs the helpful friendly and attentive staff are always easily contacted via WhatsApp.

The fantastic Maison Salva

The hotel is wonderful nestled at the footsteps to the old town, its positioning is perfect to walk around the charming streets and is literally a stone’s throw from the seashore. The rustic charm of the hotel is magnificent and the staff were excellent, the room was perfect, with comfy beds fantastic views of the ocean, and fantastic a/c which was perfect in 30c, will most definitely be back
