"On arrival we were told expedia had trippled booked out the property that we had booked. We were then taken to a house in shelton, which looked like student accommodation, it was disgusting, it had dirty sheets and out of date milk in the fridge. The microwave was also dirty, don't get me started on the clensinous of the house. We could only have 2 out if the 3 bedrooms. At 2 am the police knocked on the door with 2 men who were absolutely out of their mind drunk. They were staying there too....

"Absolutely shocking. Stunk off Stale Curry and Urine. Nothing maintained, dangerous electricals, bed linen unwashed and no covers on the yellow/brown pillows and quilts. Food still in the sink, urine in the toilet and a huge wet patch in one of the rooms carpets. "The room was small but adequate and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts and had plenty to choose from. The bar staff were pleasant and helpful. It would have been good to have some evening lights on the outside path down to the town. The gardener had a difficult job to clear the leaves from the path. He did a good job"
