Lovely hotel, in the centre of Almeria. Rooftop bar, restaurant and a small pool. Restaurant food was delicious and the service is lovely! Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in centre of old town Almeria

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Almeria. Room was lovely, tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff all very welcoming. I was only 1 night for business but enjoyed my stay.

Very pleasant and charming hotel right in the middle of the old city. We had a luncheon portion of Calamari Squid and Fish and it was to die for especially with a great view and bottle of wine all for under 40€ Highly recommend!

Pleasant place

Everything was great. Situated right next to the Cathedral in center. Parking was a problem but there was a garage close. Roof bar was great overlooking the Cathedral and square lots of great restaurants nearby.

Amazing 14 night stay

The hotel was beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough to make your stay perfect. The pool upstairs was a real delight small but adequate. The roof top at night was beautiful. In the old quarter and great access. Highly recommend this hotel . You get used to the charming bells .

Wonderful in Every Way

This is a very special little hotel. First, the staff was so friendly. We got there in a rental car, and I was nervous driving on the narrow streets of the historic center. The garage is a block or two away. I drove to the hotel first to drop our bags and ask about the parking. A woman came out and walked ahead of me to the garage, and all the way down until I was neatly in a space. We had the good fortune to see an extension of the Fallas that are typically associated with Valencia. Our room directly overlooked the street where the procession took place. Then we went up to the gorgeous rooftop deck with a view of the whole square to watch the festivities in comfort. We then stayed for wine and delicious tapas with a view. Our room was comfortable, spacious, impeccably clean, and surprisingly quiet given the location. We had a wonderful experience.

Good but disappointing

The hotel is in a great location and has some lovely facilities, such as the roof top bar and pool, cool bar downstairs and restaurant. We had a junior suite in the original part of the building, the condition of the room for the cost was disappointing. The toilet wasnt attached to the wall so when sat on it banged, not good in the middle of the night, the paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and overall it was tired. The shower was powerful and clean. For the price of the room having to pay for even a small bottle of water or a hot drink in room we felt was cheeky! The staff were great and very friendly.

The area around the hotel is very run down, Being right next to the Cathedral the bells ring out every 15minutes between the hours of 8am till Midnight and is loud.

The battery went dead on the door key card . The front desk gentleman handled it well and then treated me to a glass of wine. Very kind. A party was held in the restaurant downstairs and was very loud. I wasn’t able to take my siesta. I guess i should have just joined the party. I would still recommend the hotel. It is next to the cathedral- so the bells chime’

We had room 12 which was next to the cleaners cupboard with noise early morning from buckets filling up. A bit too noisy and not great when you're a light sleeper. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change rooms. There were two events during our stay. I could see the benefits of booking for social events.But notice of these would have been good as this meant the restaurants were unavailable which we didnt know until trying to access them. However I have to say the hotel was really good, a great location and accessible to local attractions. Breakfast was great and off menu needs catered for. The staff were excellent! Especially cleaning and catering staff. We didn't hear the cathedral bell hardly. I'd go back but would want to stay in a different room.
