Hotel merece 4 estrellas. Entorno instalaciones estupendas. Único pero es la carta del restaurante que aunque la comida estaba exquisita el precio me pareció excesivo.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff!

Really enjoyed our stay at El Tio Kiko. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were clean, tidy and well laid out. My only negative feedback on the room is that the shower head was in need of replacement, but it was certainly usable. We stayed in Room 9 (top floor) and had a fantastic view of Agua Amarga beach and out to sea. We could hear the waves hitting the beach, as it was so quiet around there at night. Breakfast buffet selection was great, plenty of options.

A beautiful quiet haven

The hotel is on a very quiet location but not far to walk to the village. The manager & the staff were very friendly & helpful, giving is tips on where to go etc. We requested a twin room as 2 friends, this was not a problem . The only point for improvement I could make would be that the taps for the bath ( lovely huge jacuzzi bath) & shower were on the far side of the bath, making it quite tricky to run the bath without getting in it & out before you got wet ? However I cannot see that this could be changed now, without ruining the bathroom . Thank you for a very relaxing stay

Very good hotel, with friendly staff and very good restaurant. Food and drinks reasonably priced, compared to some restaurants in village, (€9 for 2 beers). We ate in restaurant both nights of stay as access to village when dark not an easy walk.

An amazing hotel and our room was fantastic, lots of steps though. Easy walk to beach and lots of places to walk. Pool looked good, shame the weather wasn't warm enough to use it! Super breakfast and the staff were lovely

Tranquilidad y relax.

El Tío Kiko es un lugar ideal para desconectar y la estancia es muy agradable en todos sus espacios. Agua Amarga es un pueblo pequeño y con encanto, la playa está muy cerca del hotel y hay buena oferta de restauración.

Fantástico

Buenísima experiencia el el Hotel El Tio Kiko, por ubicación (10 minutos andando al centro del pueblo), instalaciones (piscina, jacuzzi, servicio de bar). Lo único que echamos en falta fue un hotel de esa categoría pusiese a disposición de los huéspedes sombrillas para ir a la playa. Por lo demás, 100% recomendable. El personal muy atento, educado y amable. Sin duda, repetiría.

Tolles Hotel in toller Umgebung

Aqua Amarga und der Cabo del gata sind ein echter Lichtblick an der spanischen Küste - verschont von Bettenburgen und Massentourismus.So auch das Tio Kiko. Moderne offene Architektur und tolle Atmosphäre. , saubere Zimmer mit Whirlpool und spitzenmäßiges 4-Gänge Frühstück mit frischgepresstem Orangensaft, rießen Obstteller, Brot&Marmelade, "Hauptgang" wie Omlett, Kartoffeln etc und süßem Gebäck. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen sehr bemüht!
