"Very spacious, clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. This was a great space to sleep before setting out each day to explore the area. Amazing view from the room. The breakfast was lovely. The owners, Bob and Olha were extremely kind and friendly. The property has a beautiful garden and one afternoon when we decided to explore it, we caught Bob and Olha working on their new pool project. "This is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the city"

"Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3...

"I've stayed at this hotel many times and this was my fourth visit this year, facilities are superb, beach and marina within touching distance, city centre just a few minutes walk away, great location for the Mumbles and all the beaches in the Gower."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick. "
