"A wonderful hotel in a beautiful town. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The deluxe room is big enough for a family of 4 to stay comfortably. "We had five wonderful days in beautiful Toscana! Great atmosphere, wonderful location of the hotel and very reasonably priced. Eating at their restaurant was quite pricy however. Breakfast ok but excellent croissants and coffee! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the laundry service which was advertised on hotels.com. No laundry service was available. "

"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."
