"The hotel was very informative and gave very clear instructions as to how to get from the Rome airport to their hotel. There is a reasonable fee for their shuttle which arrived in 15 minutes from the time I called and the driver/owner kept up a friendly and informative conversation all the way. The hotel has been recently renovated with an elevator and the rooms have a comfortable bed, small fridge, safe, telephone and modern bathroom. They have a small bar and offer a delicious buffet...

"Room was reasonable, staff were nice. Very very far from everything, hard to get taxis & ubers to drop and pick you up out there. A/C didn’t work during my stay. Breakfast was left out overnight from the day before not with 13€. Overall a nice little place if you are going to stay in Fregene, but if you are planning to explore save yourself the 85-100€ per trip and stay towards the center of Rome."

"Very close to the airport , which was why we chose to stay there our last night. The room was a little too warm for sleeping , however the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Not much near by except a mall. We didn't expect much because we were mainly staying to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was nice that there was a shuttle bus for the airport. "We had a very bad experience at HU Roma. Due to a simple booking mistake, we had reserved one night less than intended. However, the way this was handled was extremely poor. When we returned at around 9PM, all of our belongings had already been removed from our room & placed in storage without proper notice. "The bed was hard. The breakfast was terrible there was no food but sweets left when we went down at 8 ( breakfast Starts at 7) We asked her more food and they said there wasn’t any. We had no air conditioning. We were told that it was too early in the season and they hadn’t turned it on yet. Our room was at 26°C. There was no TV channels. "
