"We loved staying here, Max was a wonderful host and the property was clean, equipped with everything we needed. The AC was very nice during the Roman heat wave. We loved the neighbourhood of Prati, lots of cafes and restaurants around. 100% would recommend staying here!"

"The AC in my room don’t work too well. I had to keep the door to the main room open to get AC. At night, is was difficult to sleep as it was too warm and I wasn’t comfortable leaving my door wide open due to other random guest’s staying on my floor and sharing the common room. The shower in the room was way too small for me. I felt like I was in a straight jacket. I would stay again but need to assured good AC and a shower larger for me to enjoy."

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

Same with the decorative metal insert in the cabinet door. Counter by coffee maker was stained. But overall clean and comfortable. Yes there is air conditioning, but not very strong.
