The apartment was beautiful, and everything worked really well. However, a note of caution: the studio apartment we had the second time we stayed there was overseeing one of the most popular in the city old squares. The square is beautiful and great for people watching. But, there was street noise all the time, even at 4 or 5 am. So if you are like us, and like to open your windows, this will not work well for you. On the other hand, the first time we stayed there we had a 1-bedroom apartment, with the bedroom on the side of the internal courtyard, and this was perfect - completely quiet.

Perfect place to explore the city.

Loved our stay at this apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Super clean, had everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication with the host/booking was great too. Only thing to flag is that the TV wasn’t a smart TV like it said in the listing, but that was a small thing. Would definitely stay here again

The decor was so beautiful and the property was so spacious. Really appreciated how much cleaning equipment was available. Everything was perfect we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’re especially grateful to Irene who was so helpful the entire time we were in Alicante making our stay so much easier. The 24/7 helpline is great. I’d definitely stay again!

Great location in elegant square, close to old town multiple bars and restaurants and marina. Spotlessly clean. Stayed on 1 of the 1st floor apts and only issue was noise from local club which was audible into the early hours. Otherwise excellent and would use again

Great location

Lovely apartments very central location handy for everything. The only downside is having to checkin at another property partulaely if you have bags or walking diffi umties. However the staff culd not have been better at the mediterreanan plaza helping me to find my phone as well.

Lovely, modern, spotlessly clean apartment. Well equipped. Location is super central with the Marina 1min walk, beach 5mins, bus stop to airport 5mins, old quarter 1min and lots of shops and restaurants. Only downside was our apartment (34) faced onto a super noisy square - which made sleeping difficult. Overall, would stay again, just not in an apartment facing onto the square.

Just had a 3 night break here in a studio which was perfect for our needs. Very close to the marina with great slection of bars and restaurants all around us. Walking distance to castle, harbour and shops or taxi rank just outside. Room was very equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, plates, utensils, iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. Very Modern and very safe. Key code access for hotel and room. Would highly recommend and will definitely return

Nice but loud

It was clean, comfortable, lovely and in the city center. Close to many facilities, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The only minus is that we went during the Easter and all the processions took place at midnight passing with loud music and crowd next to our window for few hours. If you like your night sleep or are with small kids you might want to avoid those dates with loud celebrations (or crowded city center).

Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest use.

Great location ,a few minor issues.

Great location and really good studio room. We have stayed in a nunber of these rooms but found a couple of difficulties with the studio room this time. The aircon was set to heat and we couldnt change it to cool as the rool was stifling hot, despite a call to the hotel. Whilst there is a kitchen, there are no sockets in the kitchen to switch on the kettle or toaster, which is an inconvience so the kettle was plugged in on the floor. The windows are well insulated, and there is a bit of street noise but it quietened down around 12ish, which was fine. Unfortunately we were in room 12 which seems to be next to a pump of some sort and which rumbled on and off all night...so bring earplugs.

Lovely apartment BUT apartment was a 5 miute walk from check-in at Mediterraneo hotel and when we got there we found the boys in the reception hadn't authorised our access code and we couldn't get in. Luckily there was a cleaner on site who rang reception for us and got us a valid code
