"We had a wonderful visit! The room was clean and very comfortable, with a unique set up we’ve never seen before. We absolutely loved it!! What made our stay even more memorable was the staff who went out of their way to help us get to the cruise port. We were having trouble getting an uber and the staff at the desk went above and beyond walking us all the way so we didn’t get lost! She even carried my bag down the stairs!! I wish I got her name as she deserves a raise!! Thank you so much!!"

"The best hotel hands down. The front desk staff simply are the best. I had left my cell phone in an uber. The front desk person not only helped me called the driver, he even helped the guy navigate to the hotel during the busiest festival In Lisbon with street closures. I am eternally grateful for this. I can’t wait to return to Lisbon and stay here again. PS. The bartender makes a mean pina colada ."

"We had the basic studio which was at the back of the building and therefore quieter. The studio is on the first floor accessed by some lovely old steps - but no handrail. There is a table and chairs outside the apartment and further seating area up a few steps. The apartments are right in the historic centre, Tram 12 stops outside and is as good as the popular Tram 28. We used the Bolt taxi app and found them economical."
