"Great value, good location, clean, helpful staff"

"Overpriced for the size of the room. The queen sized bed just fit the room. I guess it's fine for a night, but there was no room for your bags or to move around. No dancing or stretching in this room, 400+ euros dos not get you much in Madrid I guess. Bathroom and shower were great. Atmosphere of the "restaurant" was a bit sterile, but the food and wine and beer selection was great and the staff were lovely."

"Awesome. Would stay again"

"I enjoyed my stay at ITC - definitely will come back!"

"We paid extra to get the rooms earlier to sleep - reasonably priced and key accommodation. Sheets had to be changed - handled quickly. Breakfast slightly expensive for limited choice in fruits and healthy choices - too many sweets, comparatively."

"Staffs can speak English and answer our questions very well. We didn't have to wait for a check out time to get our room. Good internet."

A recommander !"
