"This hotel is attached to the largest mall in Central America. Amazing number of places to shop and eat (not much to walk to outside of the mall, but metro is close and Ubers are cheap.) Staff is really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. "

"Internet was good. Suite was spacious. Shower and clothing closet on a seperate floor from bedroom. Ceiling fan was quiet and finctioning. A/C also quiet and functioning. Deck fan operates on a chain that was to short. Hammock on the deck takes alot of space where some decent seating and a small table might be. Great view of the park and street activity. "Hotel was conveniently located close to shops, restaurant and pharmacy. The staff is very helpful. The staff cleaned but I wish they did more cleaning.I stayed for 7 days and the bathroom was not cleaned in all that time. The shower started to feel slippery . I bought.some disinfectant wipes and cleaned the sink and toilet but after 3 days I think the room needed more than changing sheets and towels."

"The bedding was superb. The apartment was large and comfortable. The front desk staff, Neris especially, were super helpful and friendly. The kitchen could have had more cooking implements, but we didn’t ask for more, which may have been available. "Lovely building convenient to all of Casco Viejo. Lots to see and do. Very comfortable room. Rooftop bar of the hotel’s second building for latenight activity. Check out the indigenous Guna’s textile art at the Mola Museum around the block and support indigenous artisans selling authentic molas along the Paseo las Bovedas. "

"Do not use the safe in this hotel. We accidentally left our passports and cash in our hotel room safe. Upon calling the hotel we were informed that our passports were found in the room but that there was no cash. We could not get answers as to how anything was retrieved. The communication was absolutely awful. I was told to write an email to the concierge which I did and he responded in writing that they had one passport. We tried calling to understand why only one passport was found but could...

"We didn’t get our deposit back – it was simply charged and never refunded. This is outrageous and fraudulent. We will not accept this."
