"The rooms and surroundings were clean. The staff was very hospitable. There was a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Tbe breakfast buffet was pretty good."

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"Don’t miss the roof at dawn. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. An authentic old Cascais experience, the restaurant was incredible. They really worked hard to make my stay special."

"The front staff were very helpful but the last day our room was not cleaned and we had no towels. I had to call twice to get someone from housekeeping to bring towels. They said they would clean the room after I called the first time but 2 hours later and they never did. Problems with the AC but they fixed thst the 2nd day of our 3 day stay. The breakfast was excellent and tje restaurants were good and with noce live entertainment."

"If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

"The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

Está en una excelente ubicación, cerca de la costa, restaurantes y bares. El aeropuerto está Cerca relativamente al tránsito. "I stayed in one of the private rooms with a private bathroom for 2 weeks. The room and bathroom were clean upon my arrival. The bed was not the most comfortable however the staff and amenities made up for it. The community kitchen has 2 refrigerators for storing your food. There are an abundance of utensils, dishes, pots and pans to use. If you don't feel like cooking you can always order delivery through Uber Eats. I used it twice while I was there and had no problems. Check in was very smooth....
