"The staff is nice and the building itself is fine, but this stay has been disappointing in multiple ways.
There's no information in the rooms or the front desk about the hotel or the restaurants. When I asked for information they said I had to contact the restaurant directly, but the coffee shop which was listed as open online is temporarily closed and the second restaurant listed online isn't here anymore so it's frustrating they won't provide basic info, especially as it is not available online.
The do not disturb signs provided don't work with their their current doors so I had to scream "no dont come in" multiple times when I was sick in bed. When I asked at the front desk they were out of the kind that go on the knob. Finally a maintenance guy found one for me, but they should already be in every room. And why keep the ones that have no way of functioning? Just to confuse guests?
Also, I'm in an accessible room on the seventh floor and the alarm went off and the only escape route listed says to use only stairs which i obviously cannot. Nobody tried to contact or help me, and no information was provided about what to do in this situation.
Finally, the wifi was terrible, always cutting out and giving me trouble loading anything. Despite the actual staff and building being fine, I can't recommend this hotel."
