"Bathroom walls were dirty and floors were dirty and stinky in the halls and doors were dirty as well. "

"Heat in Room did not work - children got sick due to overwhelming smell of paint and room fresheners and bad smells in the hallways. Adult males fighting and yelling at night scared my kids. The pool was ice cold with black curly hairs all over making it look murky - the hot tub was not hot enough to prevent the growth of unsanitary bacteria. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The stars on the staff are only for one staff member, the one that greeted us on arrival - she was wonderful and said the same thing about the odors in our rooms. "

"Short staffed. No housekeeping and very few amenities. We booked a room for 4 people and were supplied 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths. No soap or amenities by sink. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No pool towels. Our room was clean when we arrived but we stayed 5 days and no housekeeping was available. Staff were friendly but just not enough of them."

"It was fine, it's a bit outdated and the staff could have been friendlier but overall not bad. Having a restaurant on site was nice, however the menu listed on their website does not reflect what they actually offer. For instance, none of the breakfast items were available, instead it was a buffet that never changed items the 4 nights I was there. I also disliked that I have never received a receipt for what was charged to my card after checkout. I understand there is resort charges, however I have no paper trail of what I was charged and if it correlates to what I was quoted upon booking. Despite leaving this review on their website directly, I have not heard back."

"Room 130 has water stains on the ceiling, No coffee maker, also my room key failed to work after two tries to reset it. The reservation attendant helped me with her key card! I’m a Marriott member and I expected better than this from you! "

"The pool was okay as far as cleanliness but it was way too chilly for me and my granddaughter to swim and play in. I realize there is a cost associated with a heated pool but in the winter it would have been a nice treat. I was told it was at room temperature and apparently that is considered warm enough to some people just not for me! Highly disappointed especially since there isn’t a hot tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a nice pool."
