"The front desk manager was absolutely amazing! We had a large group of 10 that travel all the time. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating!"
"Excellent hotel. Just, no credit card allowed to buy food and water at front desk. Ice machine at second floor not working. Third Floor NO ICE MACHINE AT ALL."
"Room was too hot. Managerial staff was rude while dealing with the situation. No resolution to overheated room. Guest told they had no right to know the hotels process for why the room temperatures were kept so warm.
Staff did not respond in a timely manner in dealing with illegal parking by non handicapped in handicapped spots. Spot occupied all day preventing some equal access by handicapped. Once again, managerial staff was rude and slightly adversarial when asked to explain the lack of action. Guest told they had no right to know the company’s process in dealing with such matters. The car never moved most of the day.
Weed smoked in common areas with no action taken. Very obvious but will claim they “didn’t know”. Children frequent the areas.
No parking dedicated to hotel guests resulting in a “ free for all” atmosphere with guests competing with any members of the public for the limited parking spots next to the hotel. Shameful considering the rates charged for rooms to stay at this location. "
"Paid $30 for early check in and there was no room available as it still needed to be cleaned. When I let the receptionist know that we paid the $30 fee to be able to check early. She went to say there was still no room available until I stated I paid that fee, then there was a room available. We were on the first level, walked down the stairs and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Then we we got to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom and went to dry his hands and the towel he grabbed had make up all over it. They had rolled up a dirty towel to make it seem clean.
The bed was made and when we went to pull the blankets off there were crumbs and stains. The pillowcase had like sweat stains on them?
We left immediately and were told they couldn’t check us out until the manager was in and he would he in at 4pm. We went back at 6pm and were told he doesn’t come in that late he will be in at 8 am in the morning the next day. We went the next day and he was not available, but we were able to get him on the day we were supposed to be checked out. He was very helpful and was apologizing. "
