"Siamo stati bene, camera pulita, molto bella e comoda, personale molto disponibile, parcheggio comodissimo, posizione buona, colazione TOP.

"We stayed at 5 different hotels in Switzerland and this was my favorite one. The room was laid out so well, comfortable, and had the best shower. It also included a simple, but very nice continental breakfast with healthy options. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was just off the main drag. The best part is that it was our least expensive hotel in Switzerland, so a good value."

"The front desk is very nice. The room with Matterhorn view is very good location to see the Matterhorn."

"No complaint."

"Good view and comfortable, not too far from Zermat station, staff is really kind and nice"

"The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean."

"Loved our stay at this hotel - only downside was that the kettle/kitchen facilities were in the basement, and no kettle in the room. The check in was easy, and the hotel was clean and modern."

"Great location, awesome staff. Just keep in mind the spa has a cost per person. The parking also has extra cost. The village is very cute."

"Clean room, but quite small. Not much variety of breakfast."
