"Great food and snorkeling "

"We have been in this hotel many times and always liked it a lot. In the last couple of years, we feel it’s a getting a bit run down. Lots of broken chairs at the beach. The food so so. We still like the place but perhaps the most concerning issue is that the beach has far more rocks than it used to and there are massive sting rays swimming close to shore which means you need to be super careful when you get in the water and I would not allow young kids alone. That makes it fun to snorkel...

"I really like going to Sian Ka’an because it is fairly quiet and you can eat dinner at a wide variety of à la carte restaurants each nights. You also have full access to the other three resorts. Had a try relaxing, wonderful time."

"Bahía Akumal was prefect for our family of 4 with two young children. The sister hotels were also easily accessible giving plenty of options for the children and us. "

"The property was nice. It was hard to get into the specialty restaurants. They were all booked. Taking back the bird and animal running in the buffet cast. The gym was under construction. Other than that hotel was very nice people nice. The food was good. I wish I had known you can go to the other restaurants in the other properties before the end of my trip. I did not get that information upon check in. Yeah"

"Whole stay was amazing from end to beginning. Stuff was very efficient and polite. Food buffet was great. Some a la carte restaurants were excellent. There was one serious problem - lack of air conditioning in restaurants."
