"Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe. Opening the window was adequate and made the room cool and comfortable. The private bathroom has a stand in shower similar to the cruise ships.The PAVI Guesthouse is a good place to stay in...

"I think this was the ideal place to stay in Reykjavik. Close to the church, in the middle of everything, restaurants and grocery store near by, and a really nice breakfast included. It is also about 700m from BSI bus station."

"We had a little apartment with two bed-rooms. Everathing was very clean and the beds were very confortable. As we had a late arrival, the owner let us clear instructions but also offered to contact him (it was not necessary). We enjoyed our stay!"

The ad mentions parking on site but it’s really street parking and we had to park two blocks away so that was frustrating in the rain. Never heard back from the host when trying to message them. Beds were comfortable!"
