"The property was very clean and spacious. The hosts instructions were very clear with lots of information about nearby shopping, restaurants and hot springs. The car park was very close to the property as well as the station being one minute away. The beach is also a one minute walk. I highly recommend this property for both small and large groups. "

"This is a boutique hotel that is on a steep hill that faces the ocean, our room had a nice view of the ocean. We also ordered breakfast and dinner (no lunch available）and the dinner is quite extensive with many dishes, mostly of high quality. Hotel room is relatively large and mostly well furnished although we did have an issue with a drainage pipe which the hotel fixed quickly. Overall, a nice room with great view and very good food, the price/performance is quite high. The main negative is it located away from even Usami itself and it's very difficult to get taxi if you can't use Japanese to call a taxi. We had problems getting a taxi back to the hotel from Ito as well and literally walked back to the hotel. "
