We had a great time at this bed and breakfast! Really nice owners, good location and clean. The breakfast is the best we had on our 3 week long italy trip! Everything is handpicked and come from local producers in the area. I would go back only for the breakfast! Would definitely recommend this place!

Lando is a very warm & welcoming host. Parking onsite is secure. The breakfast is amazing. So much to choose from. All fresh, home made and locally sourced....delicious. The room was comfortable & quiet.

Lando & Tizianna are great hosts and want you to enjoy your stay. The location is great to get to restaurants and walk the beach area. We chose the B&B because of secure parking but were rewarded with a nice stay and nice people to stay with.

Brilliant!

Couldn't fault this place. Friendly people, good sized room, well decorated, superb breakfast in courtyard. A great place to stay in San Leone, where you can walk down to sea front for restaurants and only a 5 minute drive upto Agrigento temples.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! Lando was a wonderful host – kind, helpful, and always available via WhatsApp if we had any questions. The accommodation was clean and cozy, and we especially enjoyed the private terrace connected to our room. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. What truly made our stay special was the personal care Lando provided. He gave us great recommendations on which beaches to visit and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The absolute highlight, however, was the breakfast – beautifully prepared with so much love and attention to detail. It was the perfect start to each day! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Fantastic B&B!

I had a great time at this wonderful little B&B. Lando was a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, comfortable with nice decor. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood only a short walk from the sea. Parking is on site and completely secure behind locked gates. Good location for visiting the Valle del Templei. Definitely recommend a stay at Villa Maiolica.

When you think of a B&B this is exactly what comes to mind. The outside of the house looks a little modern, but as soon as you walk into the house the decor is simply darling…The reviews about the breakfast are so spot on. Villa Maiolicia is true Sicilian hospitality !!!

The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the host were just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! Bellisimo !! Bella !! Perfetto !!

Our room was large and airy with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the garden and provided bread, salami, cheese, tomatoes and fruit. There were a number of condiments, cakes sweets and the hosts served tea and coffee. There is no parking free in the narrow street and limited parking on site so you leave your car keys out so cars can be moved. There is access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making and bottled water is provided. The hosts are genial and the stay was good value. The nearest restaurant was ten minutes walk away but had great Italian food and service.

This is an awesome B&B. Lando and his sister are great hosts, we felt so welcome. The breakfast buffet is amazing, Lando takes great pride in providing a variety of excellent local produce, including home-produced olive oil and cakes/pastries. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the ocean and restaurants, and less than 10 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. Thoroughly recommended, thank you Lando!
