Bien, mais une communication à renforcer

Un hôtel avec vue sur mer, mais nécessitant un vehicule. L'appartement est sympathique et bien agencé. Une chambre avec un grand lit séparé du séjour. Ce dernier donne sur une terrasse avec la vue mer. Étant situé sur une colline, la mer n'est pas accessible à pied. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h30 , ais l'accueil n'ouvre qu'à 15h. Nous sommes partis visiter la vallée des temples. A notre retour à 18h15, la réception était en cours de fermeture. Il serait souhaitable de spécifier clairement les heures d'ouverture. Par ailleurs, le parking mériterait d'être mieux indiqué et éclairé le soir. Le restaurant sur place étant relativement onéreux, nous sommes allés dîner à l'extérieur. Surprise à notre retour, le parking était fermé. Panique...il faut absolument préciser aux clients comment accéder au parking quand il est fermé. En fait nous avions une clé pour l'ouverture, mais faut il en connaître l'utilisation.. Nous avons commandé un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain... Surprise, il n'a pas été servi.

Tre notti molto piacevoli passati in questa struttura molto bella e gestita da persone cordiali e gentilissime. Solo due pecche, non irrilevanti purtroppo. La prima, il check-in. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora in più di quella in cui era prevista la consegna della camera. Per di più, avevamo prenotato una camera con cucina ma ci è stata data senza. Errore di comunicazione. Ci siamo accontentate di un fornello a induzione, datoci dal personale della struttura, sufficiente per due persone. Seconda pecca, la scala. Se si ha macchina, la si può evitare, altrimenti è obbligatorio prenderla per scendere in spiaggia. Per una persona giovane e/o fisicamente attiva risulta non troppo complicata da salire e scendere. Ma per una persona, di 60 anni e con qualche difficoltà motoria risulta estremamente difficile. Mia madre è stata molto male e per poco non si è sfiorato il peggio. Consiglierei, in alternativa alla scala, un servizio di navetta per salire e scendere dal mare. Prima o poi, su quella scala, qualcuno si farà male. Per il resto, soggiorno piacevole. La piscina aperta H24, con acqua calda di notte, è stata la cosa che mi ha attirata in questa struttura e non mi ha delusa per niente. La vista, come dice il nome della struttura, più che bella. Zona tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un po' di relax e per staccare un po' la spina dalla frenesia della quotidianità e dal caos della città. Nuovamente, personale gentilissimo, estremamente disponibile e cortese. Prevedo il ritorno!

Una location da favola, parcheggio in struttura, piscina H24. Colazione molto buona, personale super gentile. Mare raggiungibile a piedi facendo una scalinata non troppo faticosa. Merita tantissimo questa struttura la consiglio vivamente

L hôtel est vieux et pas entretenu le volet de notre chambre est cassé on ne pouvait ouvrir que d un côté sur la terrasse le fauteuil également tout cassé on ne peut pas s y asseoir mais point positif l espace. Autre point négatif l hotel est face à la mer mais très loin car sur une colline, on a la vue mais pas pratique pour y aller

Anfang Mai war es noch sehr leer. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei speziellen Wünschen. Der Pool und der Blick sind phantastisch. Die Sauberkeit ist mittelmäßig, Terrassenmöbel teils beschädigt. Roomservice gab es nicht während unserer 5 Tage Aufenthalt. Dafür war das Früstück absolut spitze und vielseitig, ist aber nicht im Prei drin.

3 nuits passées dans cet établissement Le personnel est au petit soin (merci Guiliana !) Breve giro in Sicilia

Location Molto bella che si affaccia sul mare giardino grandissimo e aperto con veranda comodissima peccato che la bella piscina ancora non fosse funzionante, visto il periodo di inizio stagione. La colazione comoda forse si poteva fare un po meglio comunque essendo inizio stagione ancora le cose forse erano da sistemare. Per il resto apparte la breve attesa per entrae nel residence tutto bene

Grandes instalaciones gestión mejorable.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. La gestión, a pesar de haber sido muy amables, es muy mejorable. La piscina estaba cerrada, la habitación no la limpian todos los días ( y no hay utiles de limpieza en la misma) el desayuno muy mal presentado y algunas cosas no muy buenas... Con poco que cambien algunas cosas el hotel sera muy bueno.
