"fantastic hospitality - extremely friendly and helpful staff everywhere whether it was front office, in Miri or housekeeping. Large property over 50 acres with a beautiful lagoon, clean uncrowded beach and lots of activities for kids and adults. used the laundry service also which was exceptional."

"The property is excellent with very good access to the beach. The staff were wonderful especially Anthony the head chef and his staff who gave us such delicious food, they knew exactly what we liked and remembered it each time we were at the restaurant. We loved the very personal service and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Goa."

"This was our first trip to Goa, India and Beleza did not disappoint. After booking on Expedia we contacted the hotel's reservations team to request a taxi from the airport to the hotel. "Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"

"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "
