"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "

"Tutto perfetto per un ottimo rapporto di qualità prezzo con la doppia a 75€. Posso confermare che le camere al piano terreno soffrono di poca insonorizzazione soprattutto se gli altri ospiti sbattono le porte. Torneremo con piacere alla nostra prossima occasione"

"Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Der Weg in die Kleinstadt und zum Bootsanleger ist gering (5 Minuten). Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, was zu entsprechenden Lärm am Wochenende führen kann (Autos & Mofas). Der Ausblick vom Zimmer(Meerblickzimmer) ist super. Das Hotel hat den früheren italienische Charme. Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse überragend. Ein Parkplatz ist grundsätzlich nicht inbegriffen oder verfügbar. "The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one."

"L agriturismo ha una posizione comoda per raggiungere Portovenere se si vuole soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo , immerso nella natura. La colazione è ricca: focacce, salumi, formaggi, yogurt ecc. Purtroppo ci è mancato il caffè espresso e il cappuccino perché disponibile solo il caffè preparato con la moka. Peccato!"

"Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."

"Sehr schönes, freundliches Hotel. Super Lage, nah Strand. Wir hatten zwar etwas älteres Zimmer, aber groß, Sauber und mit Balkon. Nur als nicht Italiener war der Pool mit Badekappenpflicht für uns unpassend. Aber so ist es halt in IT. In Vorsaison, bis End Mai, war es in der Woche auch schwer in der Nähe essen zu gehen, da die Lokale Abends geschlossen waren. Sonst super Lage und Hotel."
