"Amazing property for the price, clean hot tub. The suite was quite big, stocked up with fruits and had all the stuff we needed.. five star for that.. staff was cordial and check in quick although we arrived late in night.. we got airport pick up free. Only con is that its away from city and next to airport, but if you have car then not an issue .. we were there for a night since had a late night flight.. totally value for money! "

"We had a little issue with the room shortly after we arrived and let the staff know. They didn't have anyone there to fix it, but quickly offered us a larger room and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with an excellent view facing the ocean. Would recommend the Phaos!"

"The caldera view was stunning and the area was conveniently located. Outside of missing some of the basic features (microwaves, extra towels, etc) the experience was good. The young male assistant at the front desk was wonderful, and the morning breakfast was a delight each day. The property also offered a rental car option which we took advantage of and appreciated! "Sophia made our 30th anniversary very special! There are different purchases you can make to celebrate. We ordered a cake, nonalcoholic champagne and a rose petal path with a heart. It was beautiful❣️ The breakfast delivered to your room is outstanding! The location is a doable walk to Fira where most of the shops and restaurants are, although there are some nearby. The Caldera view is breathtaking!"

"The girls who work the front desk were amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. There is no elevators so if have a large luggage, you will have to carry it up the many steps or request to stay on the first floor. "
