"Undoubtedly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed!!"

"Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the lake! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences me and my wife had. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! Will definitely be back."

"Excellent and comfortable"

"Good View. Many hotel facilities provided such as Fitness Room, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool with warm water. Cons: is just breakfast has very limited choice, no hot sausage, bacon, or any others."

"도데체 스위스관광도시 호텔의 직원이 이렇게도 할수 있나 경악함 일정에 맞추려니 기차시간에 맞춰가야되는데 호텔 sending service가 있음에도 프로트직원들이 전혀 모른체하고 택시 예약해주겠다고 하니... 식당 직원이 오히려 호텔 데스크직원보다 더 친절하고 자상했음 프론트직원들은 아마도 아마츄어 임시 직원 같았음"

"Très beau emplacement !"

The restaurant offers excellent food and local wines, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. A big thank‑you to the whole team!"

"V clean and comfortable"

It was up on the third floor which meant we had to go up a few flights of stairs with our baggage, not really a big deal. Ceiling was really low in the bathroom for tall people, my son couldn’t stand up. The staff that helped us check in were really nice and helpful. Good location with parking right across the road."

"Check in is at 3pm and no one was there. I waited until 3:40pm with two other couples before the manager/owner/clerk arrive to check us in. No explanation or apology of any kind was offered. The man spoke very little German or English which made it worse. He acted as though he was doing us a big favor just by being there. After we checked-in I went back to the office to ask for an extra set of towels. The man demanded to know why and looked at me like I was going to steal them. Reluctantly he...
