"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). "We were travelling from north to south and needed a stop halfway. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very clean and stylish. Nice breakfast and a very friendly and helpful host. We arrived with two very young kids and she arranged that we could have early dinner at a nearby restaurant (that we hadn't found with Google maps). Nearby roads are decent compared to what you'lll find elsewhere in southern italy"

"Antonio and the entire staff are great. I had a very nice room and everything appeared to be new. Very clean and fully equipped. The view of the island of Cirella is spectacular, especially during sunset from the restaurant terrace. I sat there with my beer and just enjoyed the surroundings. My only suggestion is use softer pillows. I found them to be very hard. Loved the staff and breakfast and Calabrese hospitality. I would stay again!"
