"The rooms were typically small, as most are in NYC. The staff was nice and the check in process and keyless entry were easy. The beds were quite hard and could have used more blankets and pillows. I asked for additional towels and was told I had to retrieve them from a shelf in the basement, which was well stocked with more."

"The temperature of the room was good, the rooms were generally clean and the outlets worked. I switched rooms halfway through my stay so had a different experience in each one. There was some pretty dark mildew in the grout in the shower in the first room I was in, the second room I was in the shower was much cleaner. This hotel is basic but perfect for what I needed. My only wish was for a personal safe to be available, as I like to put some of my things in a safe while traveling, but everything else was just what I needed, and the staff was very helpful."

"This is a very basic place to sleep. Virtually no amenities - no coffee maker in the room nor lobby, no TV or mini-fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable - no complaints about that. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear everything from the street below."
