"Excellent location for exploring the city by foot and close to subway for travelling further away. Decent sized room, extremely comfortable bed and large shower. Pleasant and helpful staff. There’s one thing missing though. The hotel has two bars but the one next to reception would be far better serving to the hotel customers if it would sell coffee, tea and breakfast items, rather than having to leave the hotel to find this."

"Great location in the theater district. Right off Boston Common. Close to everything including several T stops. Attached parking garage with a decent daily rate. Room was clean and spacious. We asked for a refrigerator, and one was brought up to the room after check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the dining or bar during our stay so I can’t say how that was. We would consider this property again when in Boston."

"The hotel has been renovated and each room is somewhat different. This was our 2nd stay and we love the location, they serviced the rooms daily. Which you never find that anymore. We will always come back to this hotel . The rooms are quiet. The north end is 5 min walk to all the fresh Italian food. Quincy Market is across the street with every New England food and more. Freedom trail is close. Several restaurants and bars right around the corner. On Friday and Saturday the fresh market fills the street just around the corner. We fly into Boston airport and uber there no need for rental car as the train can get you to Fenway or other places."

"The location is great for touring Boston by trolley and the staff was friendly. The shower was handicap accessible, but didn't have the right seal to prevent water from flooding the bathroom. While there were two Keurig coffees available in the room, they were not great and the coffee downstairs was only available for a charge."
