"Firstly I had asked for a high floor a month ago and ended up with a ground floor room. Check inn was 3pm and room wasn’t ready till about 3.30pm . No iron or ironing board , musky smell in bathroom . Shower gels / shampoo etc not enough in room if your showering twice a day. No privacy if your in bathroom u can see everything if someone is in there . In room safe didn’t work as there was no batteries in it so had to get them over to sort it. "The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't clean. No fresh air system in the hotel. It smells like to rooms hasn't been used frequently. Power supply problem. The electricity cut off many times."

"The staff is amazingggg and so sweet. The rides they give nonetheless are way more expensive than it would be for a gojeck. The massage therapist was an angel. My room was clean everyday, even ordered for my clothes to be washed and they came back so nicely folded. Made my trip so memorable. Worth the money!! I will say though the walls are thin."

"This resort is located close to all the shops and cafes. Perfect walking distance and near all the action. Friendly staff, tasty food and great ambience. I rented my own villa and it was the best. Definitely recommend this resort. Wish they had exercise machines. But in Bali, you’re burning calories daily wherever you go!!! Five stars."
