Lots of cobwebs and tables on terrace not cleaned. That was a pity as it is a lovely area to sit and relax in the evening. Had issue with the room and the cleaning. Bath was dirty and as soon was water was turned on, the dirt was visibly washing down. Staff however handled it well to their credit but they should not have been in that position to start. Was moved to different room and the difference was vast…..clean, well maintained, no carpet stains etc."

"The room and location were perfect. The breakfast was fresh and substantial. The only issue, and it was minor, is the 5th floor is directly under an event space and you may be disturbed if they need to move furniture. Ear plugs may be necessary or it might be best to request 4th foor and under"
