Breakfast disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean. At breakfast, they had run out of cheese and ham and bacon and eggs. Eventually after around 30 minutes some cold scrambled eggs arrived. Poor show.

The new renovated shower area is excellent. The area immediately outside the ground level accommodation needs some urgent attention and making more attractive. Also it would improve security if the gates closed in the evening as they use to.

Heating/aircon wouldn't turn off, therefore, during the night, the fan was quite loud and the room was very warm. One of the lamps didn't work and the room was very dull. However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a very good shower.

Awful

This is a very tired former Campanile hotel (still signposted to Campanile) and a poor reflection on the Kyriad brand. It would have been useful to know before booking for a Sunday evening that the restaurant would be closed and that there are no restaurants safely within walking distance. The bedside lights did not work leaving only a very dim main light and the door would not lock from inside. Would never stay here again.

La chambre etait spacieuse et très propre. La salle de bain egalement et la douche avec une paroie et non un rideau de douche donc parfait pour l'hygiène. Le petit dejeuner est assez varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Céréales, cafés, chocolats, lait, jus d'orange et de pomme. Également viennoiseries, fromage, charcuterie, pain, cake, confiture, miel et pâte a tartiner. Le parking gratuit est appréciable ainsi que la proximité de nombreux commerces et de l'autoroute.

Kyriad it's ok

Mis a part un problème d'odeur dans notre chambre qui a été vite résolu (changement de chambre) l'hôtel et bien ancien campanile ont le ressent dommage qu'il ont pas changé les sommiers qui commence a fatiguer sinon les matelas sont confortables la chambre agréable et propre

Accueil froid chambre bruyante et surtout bouche d aération dans la douche sans grille. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Accueil du matin et petit déjeuner beaucoup mieux. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Un peu vétuste et pas entretenu…

Après un séjour au Kyriad de Niort notre arrivée à Montauban fut une déception odeurs de friture , attente à la réception et dans la salle de bain odeurs d’égouts . Puis au petit déjeuner plateaux plastique très « cheap » et qualité des aliments correcte mais très très loin de Niort qui nous a enchanté par tout.

Je suis arrivé à 22h35, il n’y avait plus personne à l’accueil du Kyriad (ayant réservé à peine une heure avant sur internet, j’avais été rassuré par le fait qu’une permanence était assurée jusqu'à 23h00). Heureusement, une jeune femme très sympathique du Première Classe (situé juste à côté) m’a accueill et m’a accompagné au Kyriad, me donnant la carte d’accès à la chambre 👍
