"super comfy beds .. updates are apparent … clean rooms and bathrooms … breakfast was great … 1 thing to be aware of is location is right off the highway and very loud all day and night traffic train tractor trailers etc … didn’t bother us really but worth noting for those that have trouble sleeping or need or want quiet … pool needed some tlc … perfect for the price and convienience to the airport "

"Very dated property. Felt like a former nursing home. Fixtures were falling out of the drop ceiling in the bathroom, beds and pillows were uncomfortable.Breakfast was good, but limited options. No room service. No daily turndown service. Requested new linens before leaving and upon return to our room the request had not been fulfilled. When I went to desk for new linens, they gave me the wrong size, twice. They then brought flat sheets to cover the bed until the morning and the been l maintenance man questioned my ability to put sheets on a bed. There's only one key per room, so if you have multiple families in the same room, you essentially have to travel together when you leave the room or wait for one another to return. Not very efficient. No perks other than the breakfast and free wi-fi. Would not stay again as there are closer places to all of the parks within the same price range. "

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in—if not the worst. First, the location is not ideal. The hotel is isolated and far from most attractions and services. The check-in process was extremely slow; it took almost 45 minutes just to receive my room. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a strong smell of humidity and dogs, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained. The first room I was assigned was not the one I had reserved. I had booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed, but instead I was given a room with only one bed and no sofa bed. After reporting the issue, they assigned me another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also in very poor condition. It was dirty and clearly very worn out. The door was missing the security latch, the bed cover had visible stains, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Several tiles were falling off, there was rust on most of the metal surfaces, and the bathroom was dirty, with hair in the shower and what appeared to be blood stains on the sink. I requested another room change, but they told me they did not have any clean rooms available. At that point, I asked for a refund, as I was not willing to stay in a room in those conditions. The front desk agent told me she could not process the refund and that I would need to speak with the manager the following day to request it. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here"

"Enjoyed the spa especially after walking all day at Epic Universe. AC kept breaking down so a few nights were unbearable and the bed was uncomfortable for me and my friend "

"The only time I’ve ever been actually completely scammed by a hotel, they promised by email twice my 75 year old father would have access to his room at midnight, the lobby was more than closed it was taped up and in renovations. None of the photos from the Expedia listing match the actual facility. And they refuse to issue a refund. Call center employees rude foreigners that hang up on you. Just a complete scam. 0 stars "

"Pool looked good but didn't use it. 1 night stay. Trouble with hot water but was fixed. Room big, clean had what I needed for 1 night. Lots of kids with high octane cars next door at the petrol station. Think they were in bed by 1030pm. "
