Do not stay here!! Unsafe conditions! Lobby closes from 11-7 (that should tell you lots). Broken glass all over the parking lot. No locks on secure doors. We were able to open our room without a key. Lots of “friendly females” walking around. Deposit for room wanted in cash.

The hotel is run down. Even though it’s old, the room was very clean. I saw security going around multiple times while I was there. I didn’t like that I had to leave a cash security deposit and wait for housekeeping to check the room before getting the security deposit back during checkout, but I understand why they do it. We had no issues. Overall, a good place to stay in for the price.

The room was clean,the staff is very rude they even keep my $50 cash deposit because the close the lobby between 1am and 7am and I went to the airport at 5am,parking looks unsafe, the front entrance is super ugly, nothing close to the pictures,I won't use expedia again ,because they don't check properties before they rent, terrible experience.

The staff were nice enough and there were food options nearby, which is why this isnt a 1 star review. The wifi would not connect work the entire 3 days i was there and other guests said the same. The desk had a new policy of being closed between 11-7, which was not 24 hours as advertised when I chose here. The floors seemed as if they hadnt been cleaned properly. Way less nice than in the pictures, honestly kinda gross/sketchy and other guests i talked to felt the same. Someone was blasting music at 8 am so much the floors were shaking and that went on for hours.

Upon our arrival at night check in the lady at the front desk had very good customer service skills. Always approachable and kind. Place was extremely cleaned like a 5 star hotel. It needs some renovation in the future but we did not care since it was spotless.

Price point was excellent be aware that you have a cash only deposit. .... i booked on line and the deposit was cash only as the front deck stated that they couldn't put the deposit on the card that i boked..... the room was great .... cleanleness i would give a 6 to 7 at the end to recive the security deposit the receptionist will inspect the room on checkout and be aware that it takes time for them to physically leave the front desk to inspect every guests as they checkout

Simply… you get what you pay for! If you a stay in a $50 hotel/night you cannot expect 1st class service and spotless rooms. For us it was a place to sleep. Pro: The bed/liens were clean. Cons: The average crowd that stays at this hotel didn’t give me warm and fuzzies. There is a large gap below the room door which made things noisy from time to time. Note: CASH ONLY HOTEL! $50 deposit

Don't belive the pictures!!

This place is nothing like in the pictures, all the pictures they have are basically AI created, is very ugly smells bad, and is full of homeless people's around the area. Also it have a lot of loud people that lives I guess permanently there, they ladies at the front were nice, but this hotel needs helps and repairs! The room was clean with a brand new fridge, stove and sink. The bed was extreme hard to sleep in. For a weekend stay is not bad, but not for a long time. I was expecting to encounter the beautiful amenities I saw online and nope. Is not even call OYO Hotel is a Econolodge. So just be very careful when staying here. If you suffer from any respiratory problems DO NOT stay. Like i say the smells is really bad in the hallways and room a bit. Also be careful in the bathroom, the water will come out completely because there's nothing to hold.

Completely run down hotel!

The picture of a new hotel is a complete lie. It’s a run down facility that should even be open i can’t see it being upto code. The staff is actually very good as i’m sure they see the complaints on a daily basis. It’s a complete dump! Very sketchy place. I don’t suggest for any families or young children. I pulled up went inside to get my room. They only take $50 for a room deposit can’t use CC. Had to walk to the wawa next door woth my bags and then come back and wait in a line for 45 mins. Went to my room and then literally walked back to the front desk and got my deposit back and then left the facility.

Clean room, terrible amenities

I have nothing but good things to say about the actual employees working there, but the management is a disaster. The managers need to make sure their policies are up to date on third party websites, such as this one. This place required a $50 cash deposit, which isn't clear until you get there. Also, you have to wait 15-30 minutes to check out and get your cash back when you keave. Also, their Internet had been out for several weeks prior to our stay. Management needs to get this fixed because it is unacceptable. And it's unfair to the front desk people have to tell customers this when it's unexpected and inconvenient. Management needs to get it together and make sure their posting on third party websites are accurate. The rooms are clean and I didn't see a single bug or roach. They are dated and in need of a paint job, but they are clean, smell nice, and the beds are decently comfortable. The rooms are very spacious too.

The rooms were falsely advertised. The facility nothing like the pictures. This facility is an EconoLodge that has been bought and has yet to undergo renovations. Not a lot of lights outside so the place looks sketchy at night. The office was closed between 11pm-7am and there was a $50 deposit. It wasn’t advertised that there would be a deposit to pay. The staff was nice.

This place is not what is pictured. This is a transit crack head hotel. I would not let my dog stay here. NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER COCKROACHES LOUD NOISES DOOR RATTLE FEAR FOR YOUR LIFE AFTER YOU CLOSE THE DOOR.

Oh, false advertising and rooms are photo shopped to make it look like something else. If you can find the OYO sign id be shocked because it is the Econolodge I think? And cant forget the welcoming guests when I walked into the room and killed multiple roaches. 10/10
