"It was a very nice apartment, but the issue was the cleaning staff, it may be due to a late checkout by the previous occupant but they were cleaning until almost 30 minutes past check in time and attention to detail was really lacking ( sticky table top, soaking wet bathrooms, dirty smudges on cupboards) an obvious rushed job. The facilities around the apartment are as scene in photos though, excellent area for children to play and for parents to relax."

"Kin Wander is like a Boutique hotel, with 100” Daber Projector in the room instead of a normal TV that comes with Netflix, YouTube, Google TV, the location is very close to all amenities. I can find food and items needed nearby. Recommend!! Only disadvantage is no lift to go to your room in you are on the 3rd or 4th floors. "

I ended up taking a cab to what I thought was the correct address (it is listed as a street in Ward 1, but every district has a Ward 1, and this street is common to many districts) based on its location on Goggle maps.     "Brand new hotel near the airport. Check in and out went very smooth. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Room was spotless clean. Many hotels in Ho Chi Minh have that sewer smell, this hotel smelled very clean and fresh. The coffee barista made the best coffee I had in Vietnam. I will defiantly stay in the future. "
