"Extremely slow elevator."

"We stayed at this hotel for two days and the AC was broken. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, especially at night. I called the front desk, and all they could do was offer me a mini desktop fan. There were no maintenance workers onsite to help. It was not a good stay at all. I will say, that the bar downstairs serves good food and drinks and the staff was very nice! I would not be staying here again."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our room was on the six floor and we had a beautiful view of pier 54, 56 and the Ferris wheel. The bed and pillows ware very comfortable. Very clean and beautiful room. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city! "
