"A very nice hotel and overall a good place to stay, but I would say it is 4* rather than 5*. We had a Junior Suite which was lovely, but there were a few things not working - i.e. the electric blinds in the bathroom, the shower door did not shut properly, and there was a sewer-like smell at our end of the corridor. It was also very noisy with the traffic outside - the windows need to be a lot better insulated. However, the suite was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and the spa was...

"Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."

"Breakfast buffet excellent as were the staff. Elegant building but room on 6th floor was noisy. We were able to hear the conversation of people in the room next door even though they were only talking and were woken by their alarm. Bed was firm. However hotel is situated in an excellent central location next to a metro station."
