"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour (3 nuits du 26 au 29 décembre 2025) :
- l'hotel est très mignon et bien situé, facile d'accès et permettant de se déplacer aisément à pieds, en bus, etc ...
- notre chambre (Al Kantara) au second étage était d'une propreté impeccable, calme et très confortable et très joliment décorée.
L'équipe de l'hotel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillante, disponible

"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING... Great job to the owner/creator. Loved the concept. I felt I was home away from home. The room/bathroom was huge, according to European standards. "This is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the city, with a bus stop basically outside the door and access to everything you'd want to see while in Lisbon. It's across the street from the parliament building, safe and almost no noise at night.

"We loved our stay; three mid-50's American aviation professionals in Lisbon for a five-day birthday celebration. Communication with Nuno, the manager was amazing. Super easy check-in and out. "Contacts were quick and adequate except for the most important one at the end of the stay which went ignored.
the noise from upstairs was clear and close. If you want to rent this apartment, opt for the third floor. Also, the no-refund policy is antiquated and the tv only works if your phone is aligned with the building's wifi.
Other than not staying in a hotel there is really no reason to not stay in a hotel."

"I would like to formally complain about the light switch in the first bedroom which was loosely fitted on the wall. I would also complain about our transfers as they let us down and cost us having to book an extra flight. I would like recompense for this as it was 325 euros. "
