"Overall our stay was good. There were no issues really except the room had a smell we did not like. We only stayed one day because it was the last night of our trip. So cannot comment on other aspects of the hotel. Good location."

"We had a great stay at Chiado Camões. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lisbon, yet surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a busy square. Communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Great location and very nice staff with very comfortable beds and an amazing price. The rooms were falling apart, the wall paint was cracking due to water damage. The bathrooms were nice but oddly often out of toilet paper. It is also NOT handicap accessible, the stairs were very hard to get up. The reception is weird hours, one day they’re open most of the night and the next they aren’t open until very late. This place is fine and would stay again if I had to but it would not be my first choice."

"Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and bars nearby. But perhaps as a result a little noisy at night. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Shower door allows everything to get wet in the bathroom though. No nearby parking: do not plan to drive there!"

"My room doesn’t look like how it’s pictured, or even similar in structure. It’s a lot smaller, there’s no door or window that leads to a Juliette balcony like pictured. Check in was also challenging as the front is very discrete, I received no check in instructions, only ran into front desk after searching for the entrance for a while. The place is clean though, and my unit faces the back, so no noise from the street, although walls pretty thin so I do hear neighbors. Front desks are helpful and it’s in a nice area with lots to do and restaurants/bars, but other than that, the place didn’t meet expectations "
