"El hotel es precioso la gente q te atiende es increíble super amable sus restaurantes deliciosos
Los cuartos están hermosos y de verdad el personal es super atento
Lo q no me encantó fue el tema de la playa compartida con nikki beach casi no hay lugar en los camastros porque dejan entrar gente q no está hospedada
Me hubiera gustado q fuera playa privada
Demasiado bonito para tener al nikki de vecino
Y podría tener una playa hermosa exclusiva
De todo lo demás es un super hotel recién...

"The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the ambiance, especially the pool area, which is very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested.
We paid a significant amount for two rooms, so we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately,...

"This was the second time we stayed here in the last 20 years. Just like before the staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed in Singapore (queen with loft and sofabed) and Phuket (2 twins). Singapore has a lot of elbow room and common area for all the people in that building. Only downside was the AC is up high near the loft and we couldn’t feel the cool air on the bottom floor. So the nights in July were warm. The fridge also didn’t work so...
