Did not disappoint

This resort is five-star excellence! Everything from service to amenities was top notch, and the suites were amazing. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Marbella.

One of the best stays Iā€™ve ever experienced. The rooms and food are sensational and I would highly suggest this stay to anyone who wants a beautiful reset by the beach or pool.

We had a fabulous stay at the Oasis Spa for the week. Beautiful facilities, fantastic service, delicious 24-hr snacks and breakfast. The oasis spa pools were soothing and relaxing. We will be back to visit. Gracias Oasis staff.

Good parking for supersport car

From all point of wiew was great ! Top offer, room, service, we got a trouble with our car. battery and with reception and taxi driver we fixed it fast!

Great experience

The Oasis bears its name well. It really is an oasis of luxury and wellness. The room is large and well appointed. We also enjoyed the healthy and tasty treats of the breakfast. The spa is gorgeous. A special mention to the staff (Patricia, Gracia, Johanna and Alicia) who is exceptional. Our experience would have been even better if the Oasis guests could enjoy a private pool. Unfortunately the heated outdoor pool (not "adults only" ) shared with the Don Carlos hotel as well as the beach do not offer the same standing. The gardens though are wonderful and the pool area by the beach is pleasant with an area dedicated to Oasis guests.

La pire nuit dā€™hĆ“tel de tout notre sĆ©jour en Andalousie. ArrivĆ©s en fin de journĆ©e, impossible de profiter des installations (piscines, spa, beach club) de lā€™hĆ“tel qui ferment tĆ“t - on nous a communiquĆ© des horaires, qui plus est, Ć©taient faux. Et rĆ©ouverture seulement en fin de matinĆ©e aprĆØs lā€™heure du check-out, donc si vous venez que pour une nuitĆ©e, cet hĆ“tel nā€™est pas du tout lā€™idĆ©al. Et sinon, une NUIT HORRIBLE au niveau nuisance. Les portent de chambre ne sont pas isolĆ©es. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© rĆ©veillĆ©s par le claquement des portes voisines TOUTE la nuit. Des gens qui criaient (disputes) dans les couloirs. Des voisins au dessus qui dĆ©plaƧaient des meubles au milieu de la nuit Ć  plusieurs reprises. Une nuit cauchemardesque. Au check-out, on a rendu les cartes des chambres et on nous a juste dit que tout est en ordre et bonne journĆ©e. Aucune question de savoir si notre Ā«Ā sĆ©jourĀ Ā» cā€™Ć©tait bien passĆ©. Concernant le prix, nous avons pris une offre avec un supplĆ©ment de 202.- pour la demi-pension (hors boissons) qui est donc juste le dĆ®ner. Le choc lorsquā€™au restaurant, le menu de la demi-pension Ć©tait de 55.-/personne !!! Nous avons donc payĆ© 100.- de plus dans le vide ! Par dessus, nous avons dĆ» faire valoir notre offre Ć  la rĆ©ception de lā€™hĆ“tel en arrivant qui nā€™avait rien mentionnĆ© lors du check-in ni expliquĆ© Ć  quoi cela consistait et encore une fois au restaurant qui ne savait pas non plus quā€™on avait une demi-pension. Une usine impersonnelle.

Lā€™hĆ“tel a 10 ans, et pour autant il paraĆ®t tout neuf. Il est trĆØs bien entretenu, les Ć©quipements sont Ć  la hauteur de la description. Je dirais mĆŖme que les photos ne rendent pas justice aux prestations. La suite Ć©tait magnifique, trĆØs confortable, et la terrasse avec la vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne. Le personnel Ć©tait aux petits soins notamment Andrea et Daniela, qui ont Ć©tĆ© mes agents secrets pour lā€™anniversaire surprise de mon mari. Je les remercie chaleureusement!! Petit bĆ©mol: le restaurant de lā€™hĆ“tel, le Bahia, ne nous a pas sĆ©duit et la literie Ć©tait un peu ferme Ć  notre goĆ»t. Autrement, le spa, la piscine et son restaurant Pool&Loop (dĆ©licieux, on sā€™est rĆ©galĆ©!!), les jardins et lā€™accĆØs direct Ć  la plage sont un vrai plus pour cet hĆ“tel. Petit dĆ©jeuner jusquā€™Ć  11h30, Ƨa cā€™est gĆ©nial!! En buffet ET Ć  la carte sans supplĆ©ment. Nous avons vraiment retrouver le cĆ“tĆ© spa Wellness recherchĆ© pendant notre sĆ©jour. Oasis for relax

A great place with comfortable solutions. A dedicated wellness and spa inside the Oasis structure separate from the main hotel with complementary breakfast in a quiet place. Really good service close to the beach. Internal gym and tennis courts. A nice beach club with plenty of space to rest and relax.

A great stay out of season

We visited Don Carlos out of season but still had a fantastic stay. The service provided was amazing and while quieter there were still a few activities to keep us entertained (painting, tennis, DJ). The food was excellent throughout (especially the breakfast spread) and the service at the bars and restaurants was fantastic. We would definitely return and stay again.
