"Good hotel. Rated an area three because you would have to get on two elevators just to get to the rooms. Shower and toilet slow to drain. Breakfast was good buffet. Personally thought the japanese breakfasts lacking. Gym was great. Spa services are good but a tad pricey. Could find many in the area that could provide same level of experience"

The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby.
